The top 3 continues with videos (3.4), followed by webinars (3.3). This last information tool is very handy to organize an event with speakers from different countries and create an interactive meeting between the speakers and the attendants.
The least liked information tool is…the online doctor visits: a new way for patients to ask for advice to certified specialists.
