We all know it: we are in the middle of a digital era. Every industry field is proceeding with a digitalization. Pharmaceutical field won’t escape it!

Doctor healthcare | A lot of new ways of information are becoming more and more popular, but what do doctors prefer? How to better target them with the tools THEY want?

In the middle of these new digital tools, we have:

  • Videos
  • Podcasts
  • Smartphone apps
  • Webinars
  • Online magazines (that are nowadays way more liked than paper magazines with a score of 3.2 against 2.7)
  • Online doctor visits

Thanks to an on-field study where approximately 100 doctors answered to some questions, we know that the informational tool they like the most are smartphone applications, with an average score of 4.1 out of 5.

Top 3 informational tools

The top 3 continues with videos (3.4), followed by webinars (3.3). This last information tool is very handy to organize an event with speakers from different countries and create an interactive meeting between the speakers and the attendants.

The least liked information tool is…the online doctor visits: a new way for patients to ask for advice to certified specialists.

Multichannel strategy is the perfect way to connect and use all these popular tools to target doctors and patients and spread a message in a very efficient way.
